Shipping policy

1) Order Processing

All orders are processed by Blacklab Solutions LLC (Wyoming, USA).
Standard processing time is 2–5 business days before shipment. Orders placed after the daily cut-off may begin processing the next business day.

Daily cut-off: 2:00 PM (Eastern Time, New York)


2) Shipping Regions

United States (domestic shipping) is currently supported. International shipping may be added in the future.


3) Shipping Rates (USA)

  • $0.00 – $79.99 order value → $4.99 flat rate (Standard USA)
  • $80.00+ order value → Free shipping (Standard USA)

Rates mirror our checkout and Google Merchant Center settings to ensure pricing transparency.


4) Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch)

  • United States: 3–7 business days

Total time to your door = processing (2–5 business days) + transit (3–7 business days). Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier workload, weather, or holidays.


5) Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking events can take up to 48 hours to appear.


6) Address Changes & Delivery Issues

  • Entered a wrong address? Contact us before shipment at support@krasswerk.com.
  • Undeliverable/returned-to-sender packages can be re-shipped once the address is corrected (additional postage may apply if the original shipment was delivered as addressed).
  • If your package is lost or severely delayed, email us and we will investigate with the carrier and provide a suitable resolution.

7) Taxes & Fees

Domestic US orders include applicable taxes at checkout. No customs or import duties apply for US domestic shipments.
