Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Items that are misprinted, damaged, or defective
 - Items that are significantly different from what was ordered
 - Items you are unsatisfied with, provided they are unused and in original condition
 
To start a return, please email us at support@krasswerk.com with:
- Your order number
 - A clear photo of the item and the issue (if applicable)
 - A brief description of the request
 
Once reviewed and approved, we will issue either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
2. Return Shipping & Labels
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is confirmed to be defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for the approved return. All returns are handled by mail only.
3. Exclusions & Limitations
Because each product is made-to-order, we kindly ask you to check sizing charts and product details before placing your order. Please note:
- Change-of-mind returns are accepted, but the product must be unused and returned within 30 days.
 - Size or color preference issues are not eligible for direct exchanges, but you may return the item and place a new order.
 - Minor color or positioning variations may occur due to screen settings and the nature of digital printing.
 - Final Sale or limited collections (where noted) are not eligible for return.
 - Delivery delays caused by postal or customs services are outside our control and not refundable.
 
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size or color, you can return your item within 30 days and place a new order for the correct product.
5. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order is lost in transit or severely delayed, please contact us at support@krasswerk.com.
We will investigate with the carrier and provide a suitable resolution such as:
- Re-shipping the product
 - Partial or full refund (case-by-case basis)
 
6. EU Customers: Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products.
Since every Krasswerk piece is printed on demand, change-of-mind returns are not covered by EU withdrawal rights.
However, defective, damaged, or incorrect items remain fully eligible for returns.
7. Refund Processing Time
Once the returned item is received and approved, refunds are issued within up to 7 business days to the original payment method.
